  9. Do you sometimes feel that your voice is better in the morning and becomes weaker in the afternoon?
  10. Do you often catch a cold or the flu?
  11. Are you an avid coffee drinker?
  12. Do you smoke?
  13. Do you have a breathy voice?
  14. Would you describe your voice as hoarse?
  15. Do you feel self-conscious about the sound of your voice?
